I’d say Mama Italia at The Ashbrooke pub - Hillview. Not everyone’s favourite but I’ve been eating at Pascal’s for years and enjoy it. Nice atmosphere and family feel

Ate here last weekend and the weekend before that on a Saturday afternoon, couldn’t fault the food or the service, what did surprise me was how reasonable it was, 7 of us the first weekend, starters mains deserts and drinks, less that 200 quid and that was off the main menu.

stephen is a cracking lad and sources his raw materials from top quality vendors. highly recommended. bit hipster tho and maybe not good if you have oap’s in tow

Not been to either for a couple of years but I found Bellinis to be average and The Italian Kitchen is exceptional value but whilst I wouldn't criticise it, it's not somewhere I'd rave about. My reviews could be well outdated though and things may have changed.
