Is that good with water?
Aye mate, I just use the Impact Whey they offer. They're doing a chocolate coconut flavour I'll try next.
Same here, I've currently got banoffee flavour. I tend to use a tiny bit of milk in my water.
I'd like to plumb the depths of the not inconsiderable wealth of SMB knowledge on protein shakes. I've previously used the Holland and Barrett whey powder with soya milk. Now for an easy life I'd like a protein shake that is good and is bearable with water.
Any ideas?
Don't bother with milk, but I do leave them a little thick, but they mix no bother.
Isn't that a great form of protein? or am I being simplistic.
Aye, but I'm a fat twat and need to drop calories, so just need protein for recovery and also to fill me up so I'm not hungry.

Monkey jizz - it has a subtle banana flava.
Buy some cooked chicken from Tesco - £5 for 2 packs and about 200 calories per pack.
Is that the cooked chickens that are injected with butter??
