In Durness, there’s a little cafe that makes its own chocolate, it’s not bad as chocolate goes but it also does hot chocolate that they recon is the best in the world. They fill the inside of the cup with melted chocolate then put hot chocolate in. Having made the detoure twice now, I agree with them.
