I walked out of there. Went in sat down and no one came over or even acknowledged us for ages.
It's really quite f***ing simple stuff is customer service. No one should be getting it wrong.

I ordered a kids breakfast for my 5 year old. The toast came on the plate already buttered. The little in doesn’t like butter so we asked if we could have another slice not buttered. They then added it as an extra on bill. £2.50 for one slice of toast. Wouldn’t have been that bothered if they’d just taken if off the bill when we queried it, but they made a massive fuss over it until someone more senior begrudgingly authorized it.
