When they buy someone at their peak, we can talk. None of those there are elite players so far. Messi has obviously had a good year, but he’s still way past his peak

This. If they start buying a Mbappe or Haaland then people will take it seriously but they are just doing what’s done before by MLS and Chinese league teams and they soon died off
