41 now , 2 knee ops. Could always get myself into decent shape after anything, Im just off my crutches this week. when do you just admit defeat? , that you're never going to be where you want to be? ...always thought I was OK weight wise but after latest op i cant even walk properly, when do you adjust and take it in ? Can't wait for replies thanks in advance.
