As part of the national Being Human Festival there is an exhibition in Southwick next week featuring collages made by Southwick residents and paintings by former shipyard worker and Southwick resident, Derek Copeland. There will also be an opportunity to view the digital map created during the Putting Southwick On The Map project and speak to those involved in making it.
The launch is on Monday at 4pm and there are free glass painting workshops on Tuesday. The exhibition is open all week and there will be a carol service after the illuminations switch on at the Green on Friday.
For those interested in participatory arts or the process involved in the Putting Southwick On The Map project, there is a workshop on Friday morning.
