Beginners running group

I’m away with work in Liverpool, she rang me and said “omg I didn’t realise there was going to be this many people!”

Her mate turned up and went into group 6 and she’s chuffed with herself. Thanks for sorting this mate!

All done with the help of many of the Strollers who help lead the groups.

All groups will be at least running 5 mile by the end of week 12. Just some faster than others.

Was great to see so many turn out, even better seeing people when they've finished their run tonight realising they can actually run and enjoying it

Still time to sign up for next week
