If you go for the monthly option rather than the annual one, you can pay by credit/debit card. It is processed by paypal, but you don't need an account and there will be an option at the bottom to pay by card.

You would have to renew this each month.

The Paypal subscription is a recurring annual one, so unless you have cancelled it or have an invalid card on Paypal, it should automatically renew.

Yes, by creating a second ID, contribute using it.
