When I used to take birds out in Newcastle I always pointed out the roofs that I had done.
I’ve done a little bit stand and seal, done loads of decra metal sheeting but mainly slate copper and lead. Specialise In grade 1 and 2 listed. I did the roof on one of the oldest buildings in Newcastle early 18th century. So opposite ends of the scale.Aye I'm a nightmare for snagging people's graft when I'm out and about, it used to drive the Ex mad I will start my company again when I get back I specialise in curtain wall, is it house roofing you do or is it stand and seam or sarnafil?
If you use a banking app you can most probably pay your cheques in with that, I have did a few of late.
Some people search for a thread rather than post the same stuff again mate. He might of thought ‘eee you can pay cheques in with your app now’ and wanted to post about it. Quick search and low and behold there’s one there. Well done @hairynakerOdd thread to bump 7 months after the last post.

Or 2. You can write " a cheque" on a piece of paper, it doesn't have to come from a cheque book.
Can you write a Cheque on a piece of paper?
As long as you have the bank details, account details, your signature, and the amount to be transferred, you can legally use anything as a cheque, providing that object is in itself legal. Cheque books are a service provided by the bank to save you the bother of writing out everything.
Aye, I didn't realise it was an old thread till later! All sorted now Peachy.
