Bands you want to see before you kick it.

I’ve seen all the bands I’ve loved but want to go to a Journey gig, I know ha ha, but that’s who Inwant to see.
What about you ?

The last few years have kicked the fuck out of my list.
Aretha Franklin- but that's probably not possible now.
Portishead- unlikely at present.
The Who- may as well, 2 out of the 4 isn't ideal but it's better than nowt.
Led Zep in some form would be incredible- highly unlikely.
Pink Floyd- see Led Zep above.
Iggy- before he pops off.
Simon and Garfunkel- I think the UN would have to intervene, they'd fail.
Neil Young
Thee Oh Sees- I'm definitely going next time they tour.
The Brian Jones Town Massacre- see above.
Them Crooked Vultures- unlikely but I'd debase myself for a ticket if they did.

Alkaline Trio
My Chemical Romance..(have tickets for Milton Keynes next year)
Pink Floyd (even without Rick Wright i was hoping for a Waters reunion but they've been bickering again so probably not)
Sex Pistols (duffed it in 96 and couldn't go last time)
The Damned (would love to see the original 4 play together..won't happen like)

Descendents
This. Most of the American punk bands I want to see seem to skip Scotland when they do their European tours (not sure how much is related to when Fat Mike was allegedly beaten up by some neds about 20 years ago) but Bad Religion, Pennywise and NOFX would also be on my list.

I’d love to see Sarah Shook and the Disarmers - since I first heard them the only U.K. date they’ve played is London.

Most of my “must see” bands/artists I’ve already missed out on because they’re dead.

I’ve seen most bands who I really like. The two though that come to mind are the Cure and Iggy Pop.

other than that I’d like to see big bands from genres who I’m not a massive fan of but respect the bands. Metallica spring to mind.

I was nearby whilst they were on, but spent my time drinking Tuborg and cracking on to some Norwegian bird instead.

Agree on Zep and Floyd, and Simon & Garfunkel would be lovely. Had the opportunity to see both Simon and Garfunkel solo, but didn't bother.

Seen Neil 4 times.

Just seen the Ennio Morricone news. He was on the long list. RIP Ennio.
