Football is all about building partnerships...if we look at successful sunderland sides...Quinny & Philips, Makin & sumerbee, Gray & Johnston, Gates and Marco, McCartney and Arca. We need the new lads to settle in and build up some understanding.

Loovens a bit deer in the headlights on their goal mind... but hopefully just an outlier and not a habit - otherwise thought he and Baldwin both decent like...

Loovens has a mistake in him every game if you ask me, but maybe it's rust.

Also, we'll get away with it a bit more in this league and with something that looks suspiciously like an actual professional goalkeeper between the sticks.
