Bailey Wright & Antoine Semenyo

Wright will be a solid player for you.

True captain that puts his heart in his sleeve in every game.

Played RB for us for an entire season, never looked to complain once.

Can play in a 3, did with us for a while.

Sacrificed his spot in the World Cup, whilst playing through an injury for us.

A solid 7/10 in every game he plays.

Been unlucky since signing for us, we've had Flint (8m to Boro), Webster (25m to Brighton) & Kalas (8m to us), along with Ashley Williams and our own Taylor Moore so Wright hasn't had much of a chance.

If I was in your position, which I really don't mean to sound patronising, I'd be very happy with this.

I posted a dozen opinions on Semenyo in the other thread.

One last comment, he will be a great player. High end Championship at a minimum. However, he's only had 2 years of professional coaching in his entire life. He's very raw, he may not be amazing for you this year, but he definitely has all the potential to be.
Thanks mate. Is he very right sided? Currently the left of the three centre backs is the weakest position that most needs addressing. Can he play a bit or is he just a stopper?

He can play a bit, a bit. He's not the best ball player but he's not an idiot, he won't try to play it if he can't.

Our manager was comfortable enough with him overlapping vs Man Utd. (#5, bottom of the screen)

He's pretty right sided, I can't actually remember him playing on the left so I'm unsure how good/bad he is there.

"I can see he's the type to be a positive influence around the dressing room, and his versatility defensively is useful - but I really think if we want to push on, we need to improve on Bailey Wright. Just don't think he's top 6 Championship quality."

"Wright is a very good player at League 1 level. He just lacks the necessary finesse in the Championship. "

Cheers again. How are you feeling about Johnson? Do you want him gone?

Is that the Icelandic forward? Looks as fast as fuck. We should be seriously looking at that young'un.

He''s Finnish. Scored 11 in 17 league games for a struggling side. TBH, given the potential our club has if it's well run, we should be embarrassed that Brentford can afford to loan out a striker that's amongst the top scorers in our division.

Only saw highlights of him, he looked tremendous. Runs very hard and appeared very quick.

Barrel scraping at its best
Looks a solid signing to me, probably better than Lynch or Ozturk. Would prefer we got a good young left sided centre half but we're short in numbers never mind quality at centre half and he looks like he'd be a good player for this level and not necessarily out of place if we were to be promoted. Not sure if it's a permanent signing?
