Cafe 21 is great too but I prefer the place down on the quayside

I live in Newcastle and some of us are able to make the distinction between Newcastle and the Toon Army. I also mix with people who don't give a shit about United. There's quite a lot of them.

I still like The Botanist for all its pricey food and poncey interior. The Earl of Pitt Street is also recommended.

Hammer the £4 caiprinahas at Las Iguanas on Grey Street 'cos they're probably the best authentic (cheap) ones you'll get in this country from my experience.
