Average house price of where you live

Not showing off as I actually think it's vile how much it is but my postcode currently has an average house price of £1.2m. Interested to hear what others are and how much more you can get for your money.

Average valuation is £98k. My house is £62-75k. Both figures are stuff and nonsense. No house on the street has gone for more than £87k and that was a four bed detached with a garage in the block. The most any of my house type has gone for is £46k in 2004. You would be doing very well to get much more than that for it currently.

With so many new builds practically being given away with very low deposits you would be hard pressed to find someone who who would want to buy older houses in the area and pay a higher deposit.
