Avatar ban?

Can a mod please answer this?
I know the rules over suggestive/rude/crude avatars and understand that.
I lost my avatar rights for using a picture of Liz MacDonald so I did.
Now this wasn't a photo from readers wives or a soft porn shoot it was an image of a fictional character from a family soap opera.
Is my avatar ban permanent?
Why was it imposed in the first place?

Basically can I have my avatar rights back? It's been years now :D

Yes I know I've asked this before but Ive never received an answer.

We just have to accept they are gone for good.

Try becoming a contributor it might change their minds.
 
All I did was use Rogers avatar for a few hours, thats not against the rules!
 
I only used the beautiful Liz McDonald so I did. Not rude, crude or suggestive but I lost my avatar rights and even after numerous attempts I still havnt had an answer why it was deleted.
Haway mods, at least admit one of you made a mistake regarding the block on my avatars

Have you written directly to Rog?
 
I'm only here by the skin of my teeth so it would be cheaky to ask for my avatar back well I did use Rogers avatar and obviously years avatar ban would be suffice.
