Australia v England, 2nd Test, 4th December 0400


Poor start but better now….feels like England all over, do well most sessions in a day but when they lose a session they really lose it ie lose all their wickets/go for big runs per over
 
Been hard yards so far, but there’s still 150odd to play with and the best conditions for bowling are yet to come.

I do worry about how much Jofra is bowling mind. He’s done 10 overs already and we need him fresh as possible for when it gets fully dark.
 
Did try and tell people yesterday it was far flatter than we were making it yesterday.

This is what we deserve for our inability to capitalise yet again

All that Root and Archer did was save our blushes and at least give the Aussies a harder deficit to claw back.

Bloody hard watch catching up like.
