Our team, looks to be lacking, in fitness and stamina.
Time and again, we've looked shot to shit, in the 2nd half of games.

This is where Allardyce excelled, he would use science and data to prove to the players they weren't fit enough. He would then set performance targets for the players to hit but design hard but enjoyable ways for them to follow to get there.

Moysey and other traditional managers will be 10 laps round the pitch merchants, 'especially you, zee German' is how I imagine it went.

Ross did play a pressing, attacking game, to start with, but abandoned that system, around November/December, of last season.

Let's hope, whoever comes in, is a bit more courageous, and attack minded.
