Atmosphere

A small pocket of fans. More should have joined in admittedly. We were row 26 and and there was constant singing in our pocket of lads.

Like I say, it wasn’t perfect but people going on like Charlton fans were better need to give their heads a shake.
Charlton only had the odd burst of the one same song. People love to put us down

People are more interested in getting absolutely hammered in Trafalgar Square the night before for likes on social media than making a noise at the game the following day.
It's not the young uns getting hammered thsts the problem.
BTW, most of traf square is just folk sittung around, onky the young uns chanting on nelsons column really.
Infront of us there were about 5 or 6 rows or folk who didnt sing once. And there's no way that they were pissed or hungover. Boring fuckers

Collectively we've made c unts of ourselves, from the fat lass in Trafalgar and the general moronic behaviour to another poor show at Wembley when it counts. We're getting pelters left right and centre on twitter and who can blame them? Some of the people who have attached themselves to our club need to take a long hard look at themselves

Our fans are legends in their own imagination these days, sad to say.
They're in it for what they can get out if it ,which is fair enough as long as they don't pretend otherwise
"The footy was crap " yep but the atmosphere develops well before a ball is kicked
If some spend a few quid then aren't happy with what they paid for and want to moan that's where we're at

I'm sorry but I can't dress up that up any other than a completely pathetic performance from the fans.

It was diabolical. Don't even start on the 'but we only had 3 shots' shit.

It was beyond utter shit.

I was in block 111 right behind the goal and it was nearly impossible to get any chants going. I absolutely get that not everyone want to sing through the whole game but sit at the sides or up in the Gods to give the rest of us a chance to get some atmosphere going if you don't want to be part of it.

We need be better organised in future, have dedicated "singing" blocks like Charlton and Pompey did, even restrict certain blocks based on loyalty points. Our most vocal support was just too spread out.

Charlton fans were far better organised and much louder.

Commentators apparently mentioned it in the second saying Charlton fans were getting behind their team and that we needed to.

Could see Charlton fans bouncing about, singing etc whereas it seemed our lot were mainly stood in silence, shitting it. A few were yawning their heads off

Suppose that reflects the way the two teams went about it.

Explain concisely instead of rambling please .
