Coincidence no doubt.

Lads in Kyiv struggling thanks to weather & the odd missle too…

Even if you believe the paper rhetoric about U.K. and Spanish farmers not growing produce in greenhouses due to high energy bills you’d have to be a complete loon to think that wee vote we had to hold Europe to ransom isn’t having an effect.

I’m 68, it was good enough for me, it should be good enough for the spoilt brats today, they owe me a pension.
Strange take on what is basically a tomatie shortage.

I've just watched a video of some ex-pat who lives in Spain walking round the place he lives and there's no shortage over there funnily enough. Another scam to fleece the British.
Tking bac kuntrol

Sovereignty is finally kicking in

If this was the only planet on earth, we'd have to go without tomatoes in the winter...nature isn't into "I want it all year round"
Earth is the planet, should have stuck in harder at school and you could have been running a veg import business by now

We now import more tomatoes from Morocco because Brexit has made it cheaper to import than from Spain.
Nowt to do with Brexit though.

Fixed it.
Not many tomatoes grow in the uk in February.
It said on the radio yesterday tomato growers in the UK and Holland have delayed planting early in greenhouses because of the price of energy to heat them so they expect a 6 week gap between the last of the southern European and north African crops and the early spring northern European crops hence the shortage. The shit weather down south hasn't helped either.
My Morrisons had tomatos and eggs yesterday despite the massive demand from pancake makers.
