Artists you never hear of these days.

He’s actually a very active “serious” painter these days. He travels all over Britain painting and has done some really nice landscapes around the Tayside area because he used to visit Lorraine Kelly often (but she’s now moved to Glasgow).

We treated ourselves to a canvas print of this painting when we moved house:

Saw him a few years ago and he said it was his first gig in years. It was a shambles, he was pissed, forgetting lyrics etc. I haven't heard of him since.

Apparently he played a busker in Cold Feet a couple of years back. Not released anything in a good while. For 4 or 5 albums, he looked set to be a big star.
