Last season showed massive flaws in his ability as both a coach and a manager, which has continued into this season.
That is where I am making my judgement, the bloke is an idiot from my point of view, now can an idiot make us into a decent force as a football club, I hope so.

agree. we have now won 2 in 10 premier league games, and the best player over those 2 solitary wins has been sold

baffling team selection, even stranger tactics, some very iffy man-management scenarios don't bode well. Can the bloke's undoubted enthusiasm and commitment overcome these failings - I really hope so but it ain't looking good so far

I don't really like the man and don't agree with him whatsoever BUUUUT

He's manager so of course I'm behind him, anything else is counter-productive

might be a idiot off the field but he is a football genius and his interviews very entertaining

Yes

But I'd be amazed if any combination of our available central midfielders are good enough to play in a 4-4-2 in the PL.

This is where we will struggle.

This is now his team. Ok,he's got Celustka and Dossena instead of Peruzzi and Mendy, Ki instead of Huddlestone (if he was really ever the man with the keys),and Borini instead of Sess. Other than that,if we can surmise the little proper info.we get, he's got basically who he wanted. He's now got a fit Fletcher. On the other side,he hasn't managed to shift Bardsley or Vaughan yet,but loans to the Championship are still available. Brown's fitness is always a concern....he may not make it,but that's to be seen. The squad know where they stand in terms of fitness and discipline. The only real criticism I have so far is the turning down of a sizeable bid from Germany for Ji..........that I cannot understand, unless it's something to do with the arrival of Ki.
He now needs to deliver the exceptional coaching talent he promises and get us playing. He deserves the time. I know one thing....I'd rather have PDC than either Bruce or MON,because I know the latter two will fail.....definitely. PDC has much more promise, even if we have to wait a while.
