Evening everyone.
Literally just finished in the garden and feel like I’ve been in a bar brawl.
Recuperating with an ice cold bottle of Moretti now and settling down for the rest of the footy.
Probably crack open a bottle of red later.
Enjoy your evening, what you’re doing 🍷🍷
Enjoy mate, Morretti and red wine sound fab, had a couple of morretti watching FA Cup earlier but off to Whitby first thing so drying up now, Red ready for when I get home tomorrow 🍷

Looking at somewhere close to take the kids tomorrow and Seaton Carew Beach is pretty close.

Any of our Hartlepool based posters recommended it? @Cool for Catts @T_Bone

Someone told me here is nice, but I've not got around to visiting so I can't vouch for it!

They look lovely, can you post the recipe?

You're supposed to pipe the cream in but I was running late and just added a dollop with a spoon ☺️

Evening Chunk.
I'd recommend Seaton Carew for a trip out.
The beach is clean, and there's ample parking, fish & chip shops, an ice cream parlour, sweet shops and an amusement arcade.

Also, a short hop away, there's a small funfair, at H/pool marina, to keep the kids amused (not to mention, my favourite coffee house/cafe/bar/bistro the Cafe Rappor) for a lovely coffee and a bite to eat, or a refreshing pint of Peroni (see Facebook)

You're welcome, mate. 👍
The marina is a 5-10 minute drive, from Seaton Carew, and is a lovely spot for a coffee or beer, on a warm & sunny day.

Salthome is canny, if you like wildlife, though there might not be enough there, to keep the kids entertained for a prolonged amount of time.

I bet they'll not be around, for too long. 👍

Seaton Carew beach is nice, decent chippy 👍
Evening Macum.
It's a nice walk along the promenade, from Seaton Carew to the marina, and vice versa, especially on a sunny day.
The kids love a decent chippy
The ice cream parlour is just around the corner, leading to the beach, from the most popular chippy there.
