All of these fish are terrible for cooking. Boney or stinking either way not worth the hassle being tasteless or flaky. That’s why it a fiver a box.
Posting them through the letterbox of someone you dislike who are on holiday is about the most you will get out of these.
Stick em all in pan with a little vegetable stock and season well.
When liquid comes to the boil take out the fish and discard.
Add fresh parsley to the stock and thicken with knob if butter.
Pure the sauce over some proper fish,,
