Anybody Got A Bad Feeling About Michut?

So why did it take the ref to beat us then against a team full of men

Yet never won one header or put a tackle in
They bullied us for 90 minutes is the truth we can blame the ref and rightly so at times, but they obviously worked out they we’re playing a bunch of light weight kids, who they were going to bully they did, is the truth.

Has Michut turned into a footballing genius since the last few games?

Had a decent season, looks like he can grow and become a solid championship player but personally seen nothing that has turned games around and he has never dominated or commanded the position.

He has given countless needless fouls in and around the box and the booking he got in the sheff utd game underlined where he is at present.

However a French lad coming to the English league, being of slight stature and playing as many games as he has (albeit evans helped this) he has done well to maintain the pace and not look lost.

Question is now what is he worth?
He actually maybe more suited to the prem with more time and space but he won’t see it with us.

Michut isn’t a player that we need at the moment. He isn’t a defensive midfielder and he doesn’t create enough chances or score enough goals.

I’d say he was worth 2 million maximum and the Fulham link may as well be dead as wef have to sell for 10 million to get any profit from him.

Send him back. You’d get a solid experienced player for that price if the structure would move.

I know it's all written and agreed at £2.5m/ £5m, wages agreed etc.

Surely Fulham know this also, so why are they constantly being linked with him?

Obviously they want to unsettle him here and land him for a couple of million to us in compo if we don't go up, say £4.5 m

Premier league, higher wages, closer to home, London lifestyle......it's a no- brainier tbh.

Unfortunately I can see a few more getting Premier moves as well. Namely Patto, Clarke, Neil.

Would be a shame but we all know that's the model.

Yeah I think there is more chance of him not wanting to join than ourselves not wanting to pay the money. Like most footballers he obviously has a high opinion of himself and his abilities so hopefully we have managed to convince him that we are the best place for him to develop even further.

He wasn't happy at psg with not being in and around the first team, hence why he's here.

Hopefully he is seeing that playing games is getting him recognition at international level and also noticed higher up the food chain.

Another season developing here and it will be better sides than Fulham after him imo
