Yes, did mine yesterday. Set the lawnmower to its highest setting.

But with these last two weeks of decent weather and up 15 degrees at the weekend people get the bug don't they?

If anything, aerate the lawn, and scarify it, but a tad early for it to be cut.
1st cut should be a "high" cut too.

I’m planning to scarify the lawns over this weekend and treat them with lawn sand. Allow a couple of weeks more growth before a cut.
