I put together a game of 5's/7's usually at the Beacon of Light or Goals, more often than not it's Tuesdays at 7pm. Our standard ranges from 'can control a football' to 'garbage'

'can control a football' to 'garbage' - Standard sounds like it might be up my street, barely kicked a ball after fracturing my knee playing about 5 years ago, go to the gym regularly but, do zero cardio there.. If standard is often 'garbage' I'd be up for getting involved to help get my cardio fitness up... What's the age range too?
