I couldn't get into the songs at all. They all seemed so ponderous. Probably wrote them off too soon but really didn't have any inclination to persevere with them.

I think that's about right. As far as I know, it's basically Anne Oh Knee.

Newer stuff is a bit more electronic and upbeat than most of the Antony and the Johnsons stuff.
