Annual holiday entitlement at work

30 plus bank holidays then build up flexi for anything else I need. Normally end up having way too many left towards end of the year and ending up working what feels like part time for last couple of months

Pretty much my arrangement. Got a couple of Monday/Fridays off this month otherwise I'll lose them.

25+birthday+bank holidays.

The birthday day off is discretionary so not in anyone’s t’s and c’s. We have to take the days between Christmas and New Year as leave.

13 floaters is not bad for your place, best part of 3 weeks. Wouldn't like to work somewhere that dictates so much of your holiday entitlement.

Its just the way Christmas falls this year mate. I've had as few as 8 floaters in the past but it is usually about 10 plus my 2 service days. We can also swap Saturday overtime shifts for a holiday. Upto 5 a year I think but we have only just started doing them again for the first time since before Covid.

We have 24 but then get your birthday off, 3 wellness days for whatever you want and 2 charity days for doing something for a charity and the bank holidays as well

Oh and we get a day to volunteer too. Last year I used mine to help out on the bairn’s school trip.

25 + bank holidays and every Friday (for the first 10) are only classed as a half day holiday so there’s another 5 days if I take Fridays off.

32, but I work 2 weeks on/off, so some have to be taken when I’m off.

Basically, I get 6 weeks off once a year and 3 weeks off somewhere else.

25 days plus bank holidays. Have to use 3 of them for Christmas shutdown
I think we also get up to 10 days full pay sick days. Never really checked that one.
