When would he
It's a long season, Ross rates him. You never know if you'd get a massive spate of injuries. He could get, and take chances nextnpre season also. I'd personally never write anyone off. Especially as he's only come back from a bad injury and would've had a chance already if it wasn't for that.

Tbf the comment you quoted was from March so Maja had done very little at the time

So he was 18 then and playing his heart out in a team of journeymen and wankers who cared nothing for the club? That's definitely a reason to criticise the lad then

Ok, so youre determined to stay irrationally angry rather than admit your mistake. Im not prepared to continue then

Yes cos I'm being really irrational and angry stating facts with such irrationality and anger?

I personally couldn't give a flying one if you are "prepared to continue" or not to be honest

He's 21 , so not a kid. If he's done well at the level he's at now, why not try him at a higher level, or at least get him around the first team squad to see how he fits.
He's only at that level as he's just returned to fitness, expected to move up a few levels once the January window opens and he can sign for league club.

How’d you know he rates him?

Needs a good loan in the 2nd half of the season, preferably in League 2 if he's going to have any chance at all of a career here. By the beginning of next season, he'll be turning 22, he's not a baby anymore; unless he now goes on and has a pretty decent half-season at a pretty decent level, he almost certainly won't be here next season.

Out of contract in summer as well isn’t he, so question is do we persist with him or go and look for someone better, personally I doubt that he’ll still be here next season

He won’t get a chance at Sunderland. No way he will play ahead of maja, watmore or Wyke unfortunately even kimpioka would be ahead of him.
He’s just returned from a bad injury. He’s very highly rated the loan is part of getting him back to fitness. You haven’t got a clue if he’s ahead of Kimpioka, you just know he hasn’t been involved this year, but there’s a specific reason for that.

Now that the academy seems to have a good quantity of promising youngsters coming through it would be wrong to make decisions on players based upon comparisons with fellow academy prospects.

e.g. let Nelson go because we think Kimpioka is better or faster etc

They need to continue to try to develop them all until the point where they can’t improve significantly more to be able to play at least to championship level.

We will always lose some along the way for various reasons so we shouldn’t worry about having too many coming off the production line.

The closer we get them to being the finished article the higher their value either financially or to the team.

1 assist ,1 goal and 1 goal disallowed , going from strengh to strengh , will do a job for us next season , strong and physial player unlike soft as shite maja

Why use this thread to have a dig at our top scorer?

Take him out of our side this season and we would be nowhere near where we are
