Frightening how close he got to entering the commons, as Andrew Neil just said, he was 3 open doors from from reaching the PM. If that had been 3-4 armed terrorists this could have been the worst ever attack. The fact that it was Michael Fallon's personal bodyguard who shot this guy suggests that it was chance he was the next line of defence.
