These super-injunctions are setting a legal precedent. In theory, councils or companies can now use injunctions to prevent people in dispute with them from going public (it's already happened, apparently).

Also, if you were to have it off with someone rich/famous, they can take out an injunction to prevent you talking about the relationship - even though it should be a basic right for you to be able to talk about all aspects of your own life if you choose to.
As for Andrew Marr...how can he, as a journalist, question politicians or lawyers on this increasingly important story when he himself has resorted to a super-injunction. He should resign.
I was implying why would anyone give a shit if a nobody had an affair. If I had an affair would I need to get out a super injunction? Who cares that Andrew Marr had an affair? He's hardly a celebrity is he!
