It was happening every time today. It's bizzare that big players like Morgan get away with it all the time, but if Defoe done that to Morgan it would be a free kick all day long, that's all refs not just that bloke today

He is either a terrible ref or corrupt but only one way today!!!As I thought no answer to my question cant say I am surprised
I have already answered that question by saying he is chosen for European games, but you have failed to answer mine as to why?
the challenge on watmore was right in front of us, and it was a shocker, i dont even think the ref was going to give a free kick at first. as for the penalty, havent seen a replay but it looked blatant.
Trying to figure out the pelanty
He didnt think it was (or he was cheating, I hope not) but he wasnt sure, didnt have the balls on a big call so didnt book paddy
Paddy dives and he reaches for the book, outside the box, not a big one if he gets it wrong. Spineless fucker
I didn't think it was a free kick tbh but I am quite high up. I thought Watmore twisted his knee rather than the result of a foul. Not sure though. Mind you the penalty was blatant, I thought at the time he didn't give it because he had deemed the ball out of play in the build up but clearly not.

Spot on of he books him for diving a minute later why not for the penalty.

He IS NOT A GOOD REF. He is either terrible or corrupt and he has been in the past. Don,t try and defend him because it's not possible if you were there. He was obivously poor today, however he is obivously a good ref overall to be chosen for top games that's simple logical to me.
The corrupt thing is not even worth debating as no reason for him to be corrupt against just Sunderland unless you can think of one.

Looked a fair tackle to me like
I'll watch it again later but my immediate impression was it was a shocker.
