Amorim turning the tide?

The signs are that green shoots are timidly sprouting out of the Man Utd wasteland..A stubborn performance that could have been a victory against Arsenal, followed by tonight's clear win over a top Spanish side are indications that Amorin is doing a good job with the limited resources available. Reports talk of energy, crisp passing and players actually enjoying themselves. Dorgu and Zirkee seem to have excelled alongside the inevitable Fernandes. Light at the end of the tunnel?

I think that it has come to the point that the pressure is now actually off the young players, as everyone expects them to get beat. I think the problem lies when they get a few results then play a lesser side and the expectation is to win

11th in la liga isn't a top side

He’s a top coach and they need to stick with him to let him turn the club round.

He’s had 1 transfer window and they didn’t back him much. As they let him get his own players in, they’ll be a very different side. It’ll take them a few years, if at all, to catch up to Liverpool and city but they’ll be back in the top 6 soon.

Thought they looked like a United team of old tonight . Obviously it’s just one game and of limited opposition but they were good to watch tonight .

Maybe the players have finally realised this manager has a pair of balls who will make the right calls if they f**k him about e.g. Rushford, and he has the backing of those upstairs. So those prepared to down tools, Fernández included, have started to knuckle down and do what they're paid (handsomely) to do... we'll see!

He didn’t get his own players in at Sporting and won’t be at Utd either. Those days are gone.

The last few matches I've watched i just can't work Zirkzee out. At times he looks absolute quality, his touch is as good as anyone I've seen, but he goes missing for 70 minutes every match. It would be so frustrating being a man u fan watching him as he's clearly a quality player.

😂😂😂😂

They are still shite. They've had the odd decent result in the past and then they reverted to type. They just haven't got good enough players to pick up regular decent results IMO.
Take Bruno out of that team and they probably won’t have won a game under him.

One might argue that you could care less by by not sharing your thoughts about the matter on a thread about Man Utd. You care enough to want to express your 'carelessness', which is somewhat contradictory.

How d'ya want me to argue with that Bear. Your argument is irrefutable.
Fair play to them for scoring 2 extra against 10 men watch out Liverpool …. Wouldn’t even be confident of them beating a crap Leicester on Sunday
