You would need other contracts to guarantee your overheads mate.

I’m certain the lads in the delivery business who commented last time this thread was up said that trying to hire and keep drivers was nigh on impossible and loads would just duff work for no reason. Meaning you had a van or vans that needed driving with nobody to do it.

Amazon won’t accept no driver.
