I am looking for alternatives to salt and sodium. I thought I was on to a good thing with Dunns Everyday Seasoning till I saw how much salt it contained.

Sugar I use sweetener instead. To be truthful I have not had salt in the house for over a year but I still miss it.Best to train yourself not to add it to meals and recipes.

I've been using it for years. Tastes exactly the same & you can get it at all the main supermarkets

Barmy isn't it.Eh? 66% of the sodium has been replaced with potassium. I found out about it when my dads dietician recommended it to help reduce his blood pressure.
