Alternate holiday recommendations

Hi we always do a week in the sun and have one lined up for May but fancy something a bit different / more active for the summer. Must be warm but quite liuke the idea f some activities - any suggestions oh wise folk of the SMB?

Do t get me started. Bloody cyclists everywhere, they spoil it for car drivers IMO. I know I'll get shot down for saying that but I have visited Mallorca in April for the past few years and I've been close to knocking a few of them over the edge
