Just say no to it/block it.

You can also turn off push notifications in your profile

Every month i clear my browser history so have to sign back in.
When i do the requests for push notifications appear, give that a go?

How often do you see this. Is it once per session, and do you clear cookies between sessions?

I am assuming Chrome based browser. Is that correct?

It does not happen on my apple mac

But it does on my Samsung mobile galaxy Z flip (whatever browser it uses)
