The gist of question is clear, if it had to be one or the other, which would you pick? That seems to be confusing some posters.

Anyway, Allardyce every time. Keane isn’t a manager, Sam is a very good manager, it’s a no brainer.
I doubt Sam is in the frame, but if we ended up with him, I’d be pleasantly surprised. He’d be one of the best managers there is to get us successive promotions and back in the PL.

I understand some people don’t like him. That’s all well and good, but does that really trump what’s best for the club?
Sure, he’s dodgy, but shady behaviour runs right to the very top, ie FIFA, so it must be OK.
