All the icons have disappeared?

I’d post a picture of what I mean, but I can’t because all the icons along the top of the posting box have disappeared (iOS, both Chrome and Safari)

The icons along the top right have also gone (eg the notification bell et al) and just have a small box in their place.

Yesterday’s update messed them up?
