You're not getting it are you? You have just attempted to justify your support. You are explaining yourself as you have in previous posts. You suggested that we are fooling ourselves by suggesting we wouldn't celebrate such ownership. This seems to be the general Mag response - we may have no morals but neither does anyone else, they may be morally abhorrent but so is Abramovich. If you don't need to justify yourself why come on this thread and do it. I could drag up the post I responded to yesterday if you want but it was basically explaining why you are so morally ambivalent to this. You don't need to explain yourself..........but you will keep responding on this thread and explaining yourself.
I’m not explaining anything other than the fact I am more than happy supporting the club I’ve always done. It really is that simple.

You’re vain attempts at trying to Shame anybody or paint this morally bankrupt tag who continues to support the club is as futile as it is ridiculous.

Newcastle fans in the replies trying desperately to rewrite history on how they behaved towards Bruce. Not the first Geordie manager they’ve hounded out.

Because it's a vile claim. If he can back it up with anything the people should be ashamed of themselves. If he can't, he should apologise.

by the by, it's not the first time Bruce has antagonised the support of the club he's managing to the point they treat him with contempt. I remember Bruce claiming sunderland fans threw coins at him and that he needed security. Which could be another thing he's made up.

Haha, like the little dig....

Not sure what it means, as it's never belonged to the fans....we have no say in how the club is ran, but do show our digust if it's not being ran properly....

Hopefully the new owners will have more communication with the supporters, but at the end of the day we still have no say....

Never been a big protester myself, I don't see the point, but fair play to those that do, that's their perogotive....
Far too sensible. Have a like.

Clearly protesting worked immediately with the European Super League. If my owners were the murderers of Jamal Khashoggi I would be appalled and would protest. If you don't want to be questioned about where your morals stand don't come on this thread or talk about NUFC on this message board because you will be asked and it is a pertinent question. I understand why you 'don't want to be dragged in' to this debate because its very difficult to defend your moral ambivalence but the simple way of not being dragged in is avoid such threads/message boards. I think the moral outrage that these murderers have entered English football is both understandable and will run and run. If you aren't appalled by the arrival of these abhorrent people into our game then your morals will be questioned.

I see your point, I wish I hadn't answered the original question now....

I think you've hit the nail on the head with one comment as that is how I feel, totally ambivalent to the situation, I didn't take an interest in KSA before this, as I am sure many others didn't, and I only took a passing interest in the Khashoggi murder....
This still won't make me protest, as I stated earlier, I don't see the point, but if others want to then so be it....

A lot of people have only took an interest in this since NUFC were purchased, I believe many just because of this, if you keep yourself informed of situations around the world then fair play to you, its not my thing....

I think its best I stay off this thread
