I think you come across as a reasonable person on the music threads. So, I can only assume that you know exactly what is wrong with your comments and how shameful it is for a club like Newcastle to be owned by a murderer. As I have said a few times your new owners could afford any club but would not go for the likes of Man Utd or Arsenal because their fans wouldn't accept such ownership. That there has been so little soul searching from you lot is to your eternal shame. Yes, its easy for me to say, but I can say with some certainty that I would not accept such owners at my club and it would lead to me walking away. The stock answer from Mags is what you have said - we're all the same. Well I'm afraid on this one you're wrong. This view, by the way will be expressed on every message board up and down the country. For me its a new low for English football and the response of the Newcastle fans en masse is shameful. Don't paint everyone with your brush.

Im genuinely not but the harsh truth from myself is ultimately I didn’t care a great lot about what goes on in Saudi prior to this and I don’t now. Like countless others I’ve my own personal life and all the issues that brings to worry too much about other things outside of that. Maybe that’s selfish of me but I honestly think I’m in the vast majority of thinking that.
Is it ideal to be owned by Saudi, no, but I don’t feel ashamed by it either. I know some who are though and I believe you that you would be also but I firmly believe that at any club in the land the folk who would walk away would be in a small minority.

It’s at this point that I would usually interject and wind you up so much you would explode and get banned.
Not tonight though.
Be careful what you wish for.

Watched a bit of "Gallowgate Shots" on YT earlier. They were discussing managerial candidates . Ruled out Eddie Howe , saying his CV doesn't cut it for top 10 club , which we really are
Reckons favourite is Fonseca , who was offered the Spurs job in the summer.

I hope its Howe. Saying that, he might have morals and realised its a poison chalice with the murdering scum in charge and the Goons running around with tee towels and Saudi flags.

I tend not to comment on mag threads these days but have to say that any Brit manager that takes over must balance the thought of unlimited riches against all the other negatives that come with managing this horrible club.
I see a money orientated foreigner with no morals taking over.

There's plenty of British managers with no morals. Steve Bruce for one. He knows he's going to be sacked, yet still cant condemn the new ownership. He's a coward. Plenty of journalists, and supporters etc too who have no morals. That's what's so enlightening about all of this; it's separating people into two different categories. In simplistic terms it's literally good versus evil.

I’m sure there are other clubs where 100k plus fans would spend a year begging a fascist regime to buy them. I’m just struggling to name them.

To be fair I will happily sign a 3 year 20m a year contract to manage them.

I don’t think you are in the running to be fair.
