Re: N'Diaye today

excellent game, won a lot of balls, and rarely wasted it, always playing it simply his best game yet, hope he can add a few goals to his game.

Re: N'Diaye today

Written off as a waste of money a fortnight ago. Good to see him prove them wrong.

He's always looked at least promising to me like.

He's not been perfect, but when he has been subbed in the past we have missed him immediately. He'll get better anaarl. Every team needs players like Alfie.

Re: N'Diaye today

Excellent. I'm really pleased he is playing well and is built like a brick outhouse

When he first joined he looked a decent player but his passing let him down.

Seemed to have improved that aspect under PDC

I've been of the opinion since his debut that there is a player in there but he is very raw. He, at times, looks a very capable passer of the ball, switching the ball with pace and accuracy. On other occasions he looks like he cant complete a simple five yard pass. At times he looks like a really tough and physical athlete and at other times he looks flaky. What has always been encouraging for me is that he doesnt look worried to charge forward with or without the ball.

Yesterday and last week he mainly eradicated the sloppy passing and has looked as tough as old boots and continued with surging forward runs. That's what we want from him.

If Larsson could consistently perform like he did yesterday, last week and against West Ham at home, then he would be a perfect foil for N'Diaye. I sadly dont think Larsson is capable of that, Vaughan the same, Gardner hasnt the ability and Cattermole hasnt the fitness. A new central midfielder is still required IMO.

yeah, some of his early games left me worried about his positioning and awareness but he seems to have improved these aspects as well. Not sure what PDC is doing with him but lets hope it continues to work

He's played well recently.

Just needs to improve his shooting accuracy and he'll be fine. Put himself about well yesterday.

If he can improve his passing accuracy he'll be a great player because other than his tackling everything's great his techniques fantastic and he has lots of energy

Alfie

I know this is seb but I just cant believe the transformation since Di Canio took over. A few weeks ago he looked worse than Sissoko, now he's like the new Patrick Viera.

Re: Alfie

Unfair on him that, when he first came in he had to adapt to a new country/league while playing in a team with no confidence that had no movement.

Still showed enough signs that this good run of form he's on would come.
