Has either of the other two strikers mentioned made it over here yet? Wasn't it said that one of them arrived yesterday for a medical?
 
Got no problem with the club having a valuation of the lad and sticking to it. I'm sure last season we were linked with Rusyn for a while, it all went quiet then the deal was back on before the deadline. Has he shown he's worth £2.5m yet? Probably not. Could well have been the club didn't want to pay that much for him but caved with needing a more senior striker.

It's a shame for Mendy who wants to come here but I'm sure after it doesn't happen he'll sack his agent and say he was badly advised. Plenty of players have made themselves look daft coming out with stuff like that then not getting a move.

Who was the Liverpool left back we got to the 11th hour with then dropped when Cirkin became available? Sure he ended up in Scotland. It's a bit shit but that's football.
