Please point to some quotes of him saying this. It’s just something people on here repeat every window, I can’t recall Speakman ever saying it.

We’ve got loads of imprecise strikers. The rest is utter nonsense, it was you that used the term that the club had spent millions on strikers. So I’m not sure WTF you are waffling on about. Nothing new there I suppose

Of all the teams in the league id argue our needs were the greatest of them all up front
Anyone who understands football coujd see how desperate we were
You’ve got Coventry as example they have Simms and Wright two excellent forwards fit the division they’ve just gone all out for the lad from West Brom to add to it, it’s called intent, strengthening the squad
We just seem to sit back and drift through it, every link seems a drawn out saga
It’s sheer incompetence if they have nobody signed in the striker department by start of season, there’s no excuse ultimately it’s hanging managers out to dry

If Coventry sign Asante their 3 strikers scored 40 league goals between them last season.

Our current 3 strikers scored 2 league goals between them.


Let that sink in.
 
Is it just the same posters posting the same thing every single day on this thread. We get it, ya not happy about us not having a striker yet and aye we all know how many goals they’ve scored.

Now I wonder if that’s why Mendy is being targeted? I’m sure the club is aware and that’s why he and others will be targeted

Always think there is something new and it’s just a rehashed post that’s been posted daily for the past month
