Ties in with that I’ve heard about it being as low as £1m plus add ons then. They’ll only need to give a percentage of the £1m but not the add ons as they aren’t guaranteed, no matter how likely it is that they’re met.

Look at Keith's feed and better yet search his tweets for mentions of sunderland. Bloke tweets about us once in a blue moon and usually in relation to the skunks.

I trust a local fan-ran group that have time and time again called it right to have better sources than a bloke who does a sunderland story every now and then when he can be fucked.

I do get that but with stuff like this he is usually correct.

Not to say Keith is right or wrong. On our end:

- Someone posted on here this morning that he was in the Hilton.
- Roker report then said he flew up last night and is here for a medical today.
- DCK who has got a lot right so far said he’s heard it’s done

That’s three things in one day backing it up.

I'm inclined to believe those 3 as a combination like, SSN would probably be last to know as usual.
