60 goals across last 3 seasons.

Ligue 2 probably League 1 level.

A big part of it will be goals obviously but he looks quite quick, strong, presses well and holds the ball up really well. Exactly what we've been missing.

I quite like the idea of players being desperate to come here. Bodes well and would likely see him busting a gut to impress.

whether it's ligue 2 or not 55 goals in 3 seasons is impressive to me, also reading threads that highlights his abilities he looks like he can do everything we've needed from a CF for years. Celtic were in for him in 2022 but he chose to stay at Caen

Little bit different isn't it. Phillips was 24, and had scored in Division 1 in the two seasons before Watford were relegated. His numbers even then were certainly more impressing than this Mendy's have ever been.
