Conway is currently consigned to training with the U21s at City because he won't sign a new contract. Think his ego and ambitions would scupper any approach though. He probably wants a lower half PL team.

It's not implausible. The Hilton is now the club's go to place for signings/new recruits, and has been for a few seasons. Jobe was in there start of last season until he got a permanent home sorted.
