I think Pritchard will have the fitness but not the match fitness and sharpness and Embleton surely he’s been very good and sends out the wrong message if dropped. Hopefully that’s the case as Embleton is good at set pieces too
I think O’Brien is a poor player but it’s evident that when he didn’t play the link between the midfield and Wyke got lost
All he needs is a full pre-season ...Fortunately with embletons form we don't need to rush this lad in.
Of course, this is adjacent to the Position of Maximum Opportunity. All he needs is a full pre-season ...
He’ll be like a new signing ...
He’s in the corridor of uncertainty just behind the zone of creativity...
Fortunately with embletons form we don't need to rush this lad in.
Or could be a cracking signing who has been unlucky. Bit of a difference between Covid and a tickly cough.Could be another sick note like Jonny Williams with his tickly cough
That's all just really bad luck mind in my opinion. There's nothing there to suggest issues for the future (unless he has long covid or the heart thing is more serious than I understand it). If it was hamstrings going meaning he hasn't trained yet then that would be different.Have to say, bit concerned about Pritchard. COVID, heart murmurs and gastroenteritis in his first few weeks at the club hasn’t been the best start for him.
Evans and Doyle look great additions but I’m nowhere near as confident about the impact Pritchard will make..
He surely didn’t have gastroenteritis which is a positive. He was at the game and in the changing rooms on FridayHave to say, bit concerned about Pritchard. COVID, heart murmurs and gastroenteritis in his first few weeks at the club hasn’t been the best start for him.

As soon as we signed him I thought the same.Could be another sick note like Jonny Williams with his tickly cough
And yet the team and Wyke scored more when he wasn't on the pitch. Utter tosh O'Brien had any sort of positive influence on the team. He was very rarely involved in anything when he played.
Has your mate got any inside information? How many fillings? Any crowns?my dentist is his dentist and there is nowt wrong with his teeth so there's a positive
The reports I saw said it was him, Johnson and Wright and that it was the reason he didn't get the scheduled minutes in the Hull game. May be that he was over it enough to not be considered contagious but what it took out of him (weight loss/dehydration) or the lost training time put paid to his involvement. O'Nien and Embleton were apparently effected too but were obviously playing. He surely didn’t have gastroenteritis which is a positive. He was at the game and in the changing rooms on Friday
Ah right. I’d presumed it was something that had just came onto the groupThe reports I saw said it was him, Johnson and Wright and that it was the reason he didn't get the scheduled minutes in the Hull game.
