Aldi Cornflakes

There used to be a big difference between branded products and snides 10 years ago but I think the likes of Aldi/Asda have tried really hard to make their snides indistinguishable from the brands, so much so that they often get into trouble for copying.


I can see there's going to be a lot of snobbery on this thread though.
 
Kelloggs cornflakes are different to many own brands because they have malt in them and are unsuitable for gluten intolerant people. It’s also why they taste different. It’s just the tastes we’re used to. If you grow up with own brands they taste every bit as good. I do remember my mum trying to persuade my sister and I that we couldn’t tell Stork from butter. She was wrong.
